Final Project – Submission / Review / Approvals / Awards Process

The Final Project Submission Process is a guide module which shows the student how to submit their final projects through the Sustainable Agriculture Institutes Submissions Administor Portal.

The student will be given an email notification that their project has been received and when they can expect back their first contact concerning their plan form their assigned SAI Educator.

The Educator will review their project inline with the stipulated guidelines and requirements and make necessary commnets and suggestions to help guide the students so that the student can make any corrections as needed and resubmit as revisions.

The back and forth review and correction process can take a few times depending on the students work.

Once the SAI Educator is satisfied that the project meets the requirements the Educator will inform the student to submit to the Submissions Portal the final project revision.

The SAI Adminsitrator will release the students Transcripts and Certification Awards once the SAI Educator approves the students work.

The Student will receive their Transcipts and Awards via email notification with attachments.

Final Project Submission Process

1. Sumit

Upload your Final Project to the SAI Submissions Admistrator Portal for review by an SAI Educator. The submission must meet the submission criteria for acceptance by your SAI Educator.

2. Review

An SAI Educator will be assigned to you and  will Review your submission and check it against the final project submission requirements.

3. Revise and Approve

You will work with your assigned SAI Educator to make necessary corrections and or improvemnts to your Final Project to meet the submission requirements.

4. Continued Revise and Approve

As needed you will continue to work with your assigned SAI Educator to make necessary corrections and or improvemnts to your Final Project to meet the submission requirements.

5. Delivery to Administrator Portal

Upload your final project to the SAI Submissions Portal. The SAI Educator will approve your project. The SAI Burssers Office will then release your official transcript and Diploma.

6. Award of Certificate & Transcript

Once the SAI Admistrator has received your final project submission and the SAI Educators Final Acceptance your offical Transcript and Award of Diploma will be sent to you via email.
